What vinyl do you print banners on?
Heavyweight 13oz scrim-reinforced banner vinyl. UV-resistant, weatherproof, tear-resistant — built to live outside without crumbling after one rainstorm. In normal outdoor conditions you'll get about a year of life; shaded or indoor use stretches that out longer.
Do banners come with grommets and hemmed edges?
Yes — every banner ships with hemmed edges (a folded, heat-welded border that doubles the thickness around the perimeter) and brass grommets placed every 2 feet on all four sides plus the corners. Want a different finish? You can pick alternates inside the design builder: hem with no grommets, or straight cut (no hem, no grommets).
What file should I send?
Vector (PDF, AI, SVG, EPS) at any size, or raster (PNG, JPG) at 100–150 DPI at the final print size. Banners are read from a distance, so you don't need 300 DPI. You also don't need to add bleed — we generate a 1-inch mirrored bleed in our software automatically to handle hemming. Just send your file at the final size and we'll take it from there.
What sizes can you make?
Anything up to 4 ft wide in a single panel. Common sizes are 2×4, 3×6, 4×8, and 4×10 ft. For anything wider than 4 ft we seam panels together. Odd or oversized — just message us and we'll work it out.
Single-sided or double-sided?
Single-sided is our standard — the print shows through faintly on the back but it's not a real second side. Need a true double-sided banner with different artwork or correct readability from both sides? Reach out and we'll work out an option.
How fast can I get one?
Standard turnaround is 1–2 business days production, then ship. Need it sooner? Rush production is a paid add-on — order before 6pm and we'll have it printed in under 12 hours and out the door.

Yes — we're an Ohio-based shop and local pickup is available. (Look for the pickup option at checkout.)
