How do I place an order?
Simply choose your product, upload your artwork, select your options, and place your order directly through the product page.
What file types do you accept?
We accept PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, PSD, SVG, and EPS files. High-resolution artwork (300 dpi+) with transparent backgrounds works best. Vector files (AI, SVG, EPS) give the cleanest results for stickers and laser engraving.
What if my artwork isn’t print ready?
No problem. We’ll review your file and help make basic adjustments if needed before printing.
Will I receive a proof before production?
Yes. Every order includes a free digital proof for approval before we start production. Just reply on your order confirmation if you don’t see one within a business day.
Can I make changes after placing my order?
If production hasn’t started yet, we can usually make changes. Contact us as soon as possible.

How long does production take?
Most orders are completed within 1–3 business days after proof approval, depending on the product and order size.
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes. Rush production may be available for select products and quantities — reach out before you order and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
Where are your products made?
Every order is produced in-house in Wellington, Ohio using professional-grade equipment and materials. Nothing is outsourced.
Can I reorder previous designs?
Absolutely. We keep past artwork on file for easy reorders — just reference your previous order when you reach out.
Shipping & Returns
What to expect once your order leaves the shop.
How long does shipping take?
Once production is finished, most orders ship within one business day. Standard delivery typically arrives in 3–7 business days inside the US. You’ll receive tracking as soon as it’s on the way.
What’s your return or refund policy?
Because every order is custom-made for you, we don’t accept returns on personalized products. If something arrives damaged or there’s a defect on our end, reach out within 7 days and we’ll make it right with a reprint or refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and the other secure checkout options offered through Shopify.
