By placing an order with Groots Workshop, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below.

SHIPPING RATES

Orders under $75: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.

Orders $75 and over: Free USPS Priority Mail shipping within the continental United States. All orders are insured through our carrier partners.

Orders $200 and over: Free USPS Priority Mail shipping with adult signature required upon delivery. This ensures your order is protected from porch theft and carrier misdelivery.

Free Shipping Rewards: Orders placed using a free shipping reward will ship via USPS Priority Mail.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

HIDDEN GEMS & DEALS STICKERS — EXTENDED PROCESSING

Our Hidden Gems and Deals sticker listings are deeply discounted items offered under the motto "Want cheaper stickers and you're not in a rush." By purchasing from this section, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

- Processing time for Hidden Gems and Deals orders can range from 3 to 15 business days. These orders are batch fulfilled and do not follow our standard 1-3 business day processing window.
- Hidden Gems and Deals orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage regardless of order total. Standard free Priority Mail shipping does not apply to these items.
- These orders are not eligible for rush processing.

If you need your stickers by a specific date, we recommend ordering from our standard product lineup instead.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

- Standard custom orders are processed within 1-3 business days after the order is placed, not including weekends or holidays.
- Orders requiring a digital proof will not enter production until the proof is approved by the customer.
- If we do not receive a response to your proof within 72 hours of it being sent, your proof will be considered approved and production will begin automatically.
- Delays in approving your proof will delay your processing and ship date. If you have not received your proof, contact us at richard@grootsworkshop.com to request a resend.
- CNC fabrication, laser engraving, and 3D printing orders may require additional lead time beyond the standard 1-3 business days depending on complexity and material availability.

SHIPPING CARRIERS & SPEEDS

We ship via USPS Priority Mail for qualifying orders. Transit times vary by destination but Priority Mail is typically delivered within 1-3 business days after shipment. Hidden Gems and Deals orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage, which typically delivers within 2-5 business days after shipment.

All orders include tracking. Please allow up to 48 hours after shipment for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.

SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES

We can ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS only. If you have a P.O. Box address, please ensure USPS is a viable option for your location.

LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup in Wellington, OH is available by appointment only. Please contact us at richard@grootsworkshop.com before placing your order to arrange pickup. We do not accept unscheduled walk-ins.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not currently offer international shipping as a standard option. If you are located outside the United States and would like to place an order, please contact us at richard@grootsworkshop.com before ordering to discuss eligibility and shipping costs. Customers are responsible for all applicable import duties, customs fees, VAT, or other taxes assessed by their country.

LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

Every order is insured through our carrier partners. If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged:

1. Contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number as a first step.
2. Then notify us at richard@grootsworkshop.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
3. Insurance claims can take up to 25 business days to resolve. We are unable to issue reprints or refunds until the claim process is completed.

Please note: If a chargeback is filed before an insurance claim is resolved, Groots Workshop reserves the right to withdraw from the insurance process. Resolution will then be at the discretion of your payment provider.

We are not liable for packages that are lost or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before placing your order.

DELIVERY GUARANTEES

We do our best to meet stated production and transit windows, but we are not responsible for delays caused by:

- Shipping carriers
- Weather, natural events, or force majeure
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
- Customs delays (international orders)

Delivery dates and timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once an order has shipped, we are no longer able to change the delivery address or intercept the shipment.
